This workshop aims to bring people of colour together to learn about racial and intergenerational trauma, how we can understand these terms using the context of our shared lived experience and heal as a collective.

- Intergenerational Trauma

- History as Healing

- Intergenerational Healing

- Reconnecting and Self-Love
