About the event
An introduction into accessible holistic self-care practices with a focus on grounding and anxiety relief. We will begin the session with a guided grounding relaxation, before moving on to a discussion about the nervous system so you can gain a deeper understanding of the effects and triggers of anxiety - because knowledge is power.
We will teach you a few brilliant mindfulness methods on how to stay grouded, how to use aromatherapy and other wellness tools to harness relaxation and teach you the importance of journalling to become aware of your triggers and the first signs of anxiety before it takes hold.
The aim of this workshop is to empower you with knowledge so that you can then go on to create your own self-care rituals.
Bring a notepad or buy one of ours, because you are going to want to take notes.
Workshop is 90 minutes, hosted at The Pink Room. Numbers are limited to 6 people and lateral flow testing (at home) will be required before the event, masks optional once seated.
