Retreat | Deep Rest. A winter retreat focussing on total release of body and mind.

With group ecstatic dance, energy healing, yin, walking in nature and yoga massage. The focus is rest, reset and connection. Home cooked lunch and cakes will be provided to help you feel held and nurtured. We start the day with more energy to slowly wind down and reset. 

The schedule: 

• Welcome circle  + intention setting 
• Empowering outdoor ( standing ) winter sun yoga practice - inclusive of beginners and bigger bodied babes
• Ecstatic dance (silent disco style) to help you to reconnect with the elements, your body and to let go of any inhibitions
• Warm up with home blended masala chai and flapjack, followed by time to connect with others on a short walk through the dales or stay indoors and have a treatment (extra).
• A gorgeous home cooked nutritious + seasonal lunch
• Yin yoga + soft touch ayuverdic yoga massage
• Guided winter meditation, nidra and group energy healing 
• Closing ceremony ritual & goodbyes 

Throughout the day there is an opportunity to break away and have a treatment with one of our resident practitioners, the hard part will be deciding which 30 minutes to miss from the schedule! These treatments are optional and not included in the price of the retreat. There is an additional charge which is paid directly to the therapists. 

The fee is £85 with earlybird bookings, with the option to pay £10 towards funding a ticket for a woman who can't afford the fee but would really benefit. We have a few pay as you can places for people who really need nurturing and can't afford the full rate. Once early bird is over on 30th November tickets will be £95. 

As always, you are in control of the day - take yourself off for a breather, skip a session, be non-verbal, have a lie down - whatever it is you need we respect your desire to honour those needs. It can be anxiety inducing coming to events and we understand that, but knowing how beneficial The Pink Room community can be we encourage you to book anyway.
